Treating protruding canines

For a long time, the only option for treating buck teeth was to wear braces. Thankfully, this is no longer the case with several alternative treatment routes to choose from, including veneers and Invisalign (clear aligners).

The process of veneers for protruding canines

The process for treating protruding canines with veneers is much the same as when veneers are used for any other cosmetic dental concerns. A wafer-thin veneer is placed over the front surface of the teeth to level out the smile, improving the alignment and reducing the impact of the protrusion (the exact number of veneers required will depend on the severity of the protrusion).
